At Kerry Rocks, Diamond has a new origin.
The same stone of light. A different way it takes form.
Lab Grown Diamonds ignite a luminous new chapter in Kerry Rock’s gemstone story.
Diamond, Reborn
Traditional Diamonds are born of elemental forces. Deep within the earth, heat, pressure and time crystallise carbon into the radiant stone of light we call Diamond.
Today, those same forces can be recreated to reveal Diamond in a new form: Lab Grown Diamonds.
The same stone. The same energy. A new origin.

Lab Grown Diamonds vs Natural Diamonds
While their origins differ, Lab Grown Diamonds and natural Diamonds are chemically, physically and visually identical.
Natural Diamonds form over billions of years beneath the earth’s crust. Lab Grown Diamonds, by contrast, are created in carefully controlled environments that recreate nature’s heat and pressure, allowing carbon to crystallise into Diamond above ground.
Both natural and Lab Grown Diamonds are real Diamonds.
Both are made of pure crystallised carbon.
Both measure 10 on the Mohs hardness scale.
To the eye, they are indistinguishable.
The same light. The same clarity. The same enduring strength.
The difference lies only in formation.
One emerges from the depths of the earth.
The other from human mastery of the elements.

Lab Grown Diamond FAQs
What is a Lab Grown Diamond?
A Lab Grown Diamond is a real Diamond formed in a laboratory by recreating the elemental conditions under which Diamonds form naturally.
It has the same chemical composition, crystal structure, hardness and radiant energy as a diamond formed in the earth. The only difference is its origin.
Are Lab Grown Diamonds real?
Yes. Lab Grown Diamonds are real Diamonds.
Leading gemological authorities such as the Gemmological Association of Australia classify them as genuine Diamonds because they share the same crystal structure, physical properties and optical brilliance as Diamonds formed within the earth.
What defines a Diamond is not where it forms, but what it is: pure carbon crystallised into light.
Are Lab Grown Diamonds natural?
Lab Grown Diamonds are made from pure carbon crystallised into Diamond, just like natural Diamonds. While they are intentionally created above ground in a laboratory, they are chemically, physically and visually identical to a natural Diamond.
Do Lab Grown Diamonds look different from Mined Diamonds?
No. To the naked eye, Lab Grown Diamonds are simply Diamonds. They are visually identical to mined Diamonds. With the same brilliance, clarity and light, even trained gemologists need specialised equipment to distinguish their origin.
Are Lab Grown Diamonds as Hard as Natural Diamonds?
Yes. Both natural and Lab Grown Diamonds measure 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, making Diamond the hardest most enduring gemstone used in jewellery.
How are Lab Grown Diamonds made?
Every Lab Grown Diamond begins with a tiny Diamond seed.
This small fragment of real Diamond is placed in carefully controlled conditions that mirror the elemental conditions under which Diamonds form deep within the earth. Layer by layer, carbon builds upon the seed, gradually forming a diamond crystal.
Scientists use two advanced techniques to recreate these elemental conditions.
One method, known as Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD), introduces carbon-rich gas into a heated chamber, where carbon atoms separate and crystallise onto the Diamond seed, allowing the stone to grow slowly over time.
High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) recreates the immense heat and pressure found beneath the earth’s surface, enabling carbon to crystallise around the seed in a process that closely mirrors natural Diamond formation.
The result is a genuine Diamond with the same brilliance, clarity and durability as a mined stone.
The difference lies only in how the Diamond begins.
Do Lab Grown Diamonds hold meaning?
Absolutely. Like naturally formed Diamonds, Lab Grown Diamonds symbolise clarity, strength and devotion.
Whether formed beneath the earth or grown through recreated elemental forces, Diamond is a powerful stone of attunement that illuminates the soul, binds hearts and emboldens its wearer to shine their inner light.
